Here we are, at the end of Fall already.

It's been a while since I've shared my story, and Summer and Fall have already passed away.

Fall was always my favorite Season, the bright blue skies, the crisp morning wind, the beautiful colors that are constantly on the change, and well, I guess I love Fall so much cause of all the change.

Since my last post, so much as happened and so much has changed.

But hey, a little break is always good, so here is my take on Fall, the season for change.

Let's Time Travel Together.

What's your favorite thing about Fall?

I don't know if it's just me but the sky seems brighter and the sun more golden and the air smells sweeter.

The sound of the rusting leaves and the ever changing scenery.

Here's a song to listen to when you're thinking of Fall and going thorough this project.

해바라기 - 이문세 (1989) [Sunflower - Moonsae Lee]

Don't know it?

Learn it, love it, live it.

Every Spring and Fall my family and I go to the Botanical Garden.

In the Spring for the Flower show, and in the Fall, for the foliage.

Nothing too fancy, just a walk through the forest to see the changed leaves.

I wanted to start out with softer pictures because for me Fall as two different colors to it.

The softer, more comfortable side and the more intense colors of Fall.

Anyways, Fall is a time to go outside.

Trees that we've seen and passed by every day, perhaps the same old tree that sits outside your window, suddenly seems so different. It's changed into something that makes you stop and stare.

Strange huh?

The same trees that were always so green, now suddenly turn into magnificent colors that can catch your attention the moment your eye's brush past by.

But mostly, its the sudden change of the leaves that catch our attention.

Now onto the stronger and stranger side of Fall.

A lot of my works for this project, maybe you've noticed, are partially out of focus.

A bit overwhelming but it goes just right with Fall.

Colors and overarching shadows with rays of sunshine coming from another angle. Confusing at first and almost hard to look at.

But back to our walk through the Botanical Garden,

As walked through the forest, the flowers and the ponds were not the place of our attention.

The color of the changing leaves that shadow over us were where our focus was. A different color the further you walk in.

What is your favorite color of Fall?

Yellow, this time with a hint of green and bits of sunlight cracking through

A softer, subtle orange, with a clear soft blue colored sky

Whatever the case is, I hope everyone enjoyed their Fall.

The cool morning breeze now turns into the howling wind of Winter.

I made that sound pretty bad, but Winter is great too, waking up to the outside world covered in soft blankets of snow.

Can't wait.

I'll see you all in the snow.

Keep warm everyone.

Till next time.
